Providing your racial or ethnic origin within your member profile within the BoardOnTrack Platform requires specific consent with the option to opt out of providing this sensitive information. Please do not send us your racial or ethnic origin information through any other online form or application process that does not specifically request your consent.
BoardOnTrack is not directed at children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us at privacy@boardontrack.com and we will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.
We often receive comments, feedback and testimonials from users who have had positive experiences with our Services, and we occasionally publish them. By posting online or sharing with BoardOnTrack any comments, feedback, or testimonials, you grant us your consent to publish on a public area of the Website or other asset we produce.
